Rules & Regulations

  • Students shall arrive at the school by 7.15A.M. for day school and by 6.45 A.M. for morning school.The school gate will be closed after the 2nd bell.
  • Students are required to attend school in the prescribed uniform. Students who are habitually untidy and improperly dressed will not be allowed in the class.
  • No students should leave the school premises without Principal's permission.
  • Students must be present on the reopening day without fail.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience and conduct injurious to the moral tone of school are reasons for dismissal of a student.
  • Parents and Guardians are requested to enforce regularity and discipline and see that their children prepare their lessons and do their home tasks.
  • Parents should deposit the school Fees before the 20th of every month. A fine of Rs. 50/- will be charged to default of payment of fees after the due date. Pupil's name will be struck from the register in case of non payment of fees for two consecutive months.However, he/she may be readmitted on payment of Rs. 100/-.
  • For issue of duplicate progress report or bill card Rs. 30/- each will be charged.
  • When school is in session, no student or teacher should be visited except with the permission of the Principal.
  • Railway journey concession form will be issued only for major vacations. Applications for railway concession should be submitted to the school office at least 2 days in advance.
  • Students should not ride their cycle in the School campus. Cycles must be kept locked in the cycle stand. The school would not be responsible for theft or damage. However action will be taken against any student who steals or damages any cycle.
  • Students must not scratch or spoil the desk, write with chalk or pencil on the wall or in any way damage school property. Damage done should be reported at once. Even if it is caused by accident, the damage has to be made good by the student.
  • No UNAUTHORISED books, magazines, comics, papers or any materials other than meant for learning should be brought to School without the permission of the Principal.
  • The School is not responsible for loss of any goods belonging to the students. They are not permitted to bring any dangerous articles such as knife, razor, blades, guns, daggers etc.

All absence from the School even with prior, permission must be explained by the parents in the absence record page found in this diary, before the student is admitted into the class. If the absence is for more than 3 days, besides the note in the diary, a separate leave letter must be added and sanctioned by the Principal / Vice-Principal. In no way a student should sign in the place of their parents.

For Classes VIII and above, parents should handover the leave letter to Principal / Vice - Principal.

The names of those students may be struck off from the attendance register if they are not present from the day of reopening the school after vacation.

After a month of continuous absence without intimation the absentee's name will be struck off from the register. If readmitted, he/she is required to pay readmission fee.


The Parents can meet the Principal on working days between 8.30 a.m. and 1.00 pm.

All the parents are requested to meet the teachers on every second friday between 7:30 am and 8:15 am in the respective classes.

After each examination parents will be invited to meet the class teacher and the Principal. Notice will be given intimating the date and time.


Without the co-operation of the parents the work of educating a child is impossible. The child is the product of both HOME & SCHOOL. Thus parents are requested to co-operate with the School authorities in re-enforcing the educational values of neatness, politeness and courtesy in manners both at home and in the School.

It is impossible to educate the child without good example and co-operation of the Parents/Guardians with the Principal and the staff. A Parent / Guardian should respect the Principal and the staff at all times. Parents / Guardians shall not criticize the Principal / the staff in front of the children. It does more harm to the children than the staff. Any complaints with regard to educational matters or any suggestion for improvement shall be made to the Principal in the office or in writing.

When a student is proposed to be admitted the Parents / Guardians on scrutiny should be satisfied with the environment, educational atmosphere of the school what the School can give to their ward etc. Even after admission it is the right/duty of the parents to withdraw their child whenever they are not satisfied with environment of the school or education imparted to the child. On the other hand the parents /guardians can be asked to withdraw the child from the school if the parent/child is involved in activities detrimental for the interest of the School.
